This is by far the best security camera I've ever had. You can move the camera around within the app which is really great and if you place it in the right place you can cover a lot of area. The solar panel contains batteries and there is space inside the 6 18650, which is probably a bit of an exaggeration. They sent me a new camera to test and I will update it. I love the settings, the app and the pan/tilt. The picture looks good but the scaling is digital only and poor quality. Night vision is also poor, and infrared rays penetrate the lens, revealing only the center of the image. It's well constructed, but it looks like it started raining three days ago and has now gone offline three times for hours, only to come back online a few hours later and apparently with no memory of the previous shots…

I bought this product to see and be notified when someone approaches my front door. My gate is about 100 feet from my wifi router and the signal is terrible. So I moved the camera closer to home, which isn't exactly where I want to be. But the Wi-Fi signal was stronger, now that I know I have a good Wi-Fi connection I installed the camera and tested its functions. Video quality and night vision are not bad. I have an S90 that I bought about 6 months ago that is monitoring our vacation home in the Pacific Northwest. The solar panel works perfectly, even under treetops the camera keeps a charge. I've had to turn off motion detection on the S90 to keep the batteries charged, as it's hanging from a tree that doesn't give it much (or any) direct sunlight - if it kept waking up to record videos, I worried that the panels weren't can keep it charged. Cameras work as advertised (I have 2). I ordered extra batteries (18650) from Revain (separately) and added them to the cameras. As with all cameras, finding the right mounting location is the hardest part. It must have a good Wi-Fi signal, which means you will probably need to add an outdoor Wi-Fi extender or outdoor wired LAN antenna or indoor Wi-Fi extenders on the interior walls, closest to the outdoor location of the camera. I really like this camera, but it has a couple of major drawbacks. I keep it, I will update this review regularly as my experience changes. Pros: 1. Battery Life = If all cells are filled with 18650 you will not drain your battery unless you live somewhere like Norway. Solar cells keep these batteries very healthy.2. APP with easy navigation (after connecting and setting up)3. "SPOTLIGHT" is absolutely beautiful, you can set the spotlight for night use by clicking the lightbulb icon in the app.
