As a result of my tests, I determined that this product is of poor quality and does not hold up well. The fittings were not secure and caused leaks. The only pro I can think of is that it was easy to install. However, this does not outweigh the cons of the poor quality and wasted money. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable pipe fittings.

The outside diameter is that of a 4" Schedule 40 pipe. It is also very thin, like a drain pipe. The plug can be used when plugged into a 4" Schedule 40 outlet.

You must look at all the customer reviews to find out what size this cap is for you. I didn't feel the need to do this when I bought it. The manufacturer/distributor must publish this information on the website.
