Not all items were included. I had to come up with some 'solutions' to make it stand up and be a functional hanger. Due to the lack of a key item I strongly recommend everyone to look around for a hanger rather than return it and pay the money that came with it. Picture!

This modern hanger is perfect for small spaces. I was concerned it wouldn't be able to hold heavy items (like a backpack with a laptop) but it holds everything well. Well packaged, took a few minutes to set up. No longer than 30 minutes. Very happy with the result!

I bought this hanger knowing it would not be premium or high quality, but a metal leg with a long slit/slot is unacceptable. Not to mention that you can't even hide the defect. How did it even pass quality control before it was packaged? Because he probably didn't. The ends weren't glued properly and fell out of the bars. This item is not worth the price. I would advise you to take something else.

This hanger looks very beautiful in our article. Assembly was very easy and all accessories were included. Honestly, you get what you pay for. It's obviously cheaply made. The wood is cheap and pressed and the hooks are welded on, looks so bad. I will post photos. That aside, it looks like it's worth more than what I paid for it and it looks good. It serves the purpose I bought it for and it didn't break the bank. I recommend this hanger!

I've never bought anything that was so easy to assemble. I didn't have a single problem and it took less than 10 minutes. It's durable and the shelves are perfect for storing keys and purses/bags. We've worn our winter coats on it so far and it hasn't rolled over so it's sturdy and not heavy on top (unlike hangers I've had in the past). The shelves are not real wood but still look great. I will definitely look for more products from this company because I really like them.

I have a cupboard in the hall but it's great for storing small items before they end up in their final place, not on the dining table when you forestall walk in the door. The stand took 5 minutes to assemble, absolutely no problems, no missing items and it was an item from an Amazon warehouse. The stand is solid, especially for a price around $30.
