Sony FS85USB Digital Recorder Transcription Review

As someone who frequently transcribes audio recordings, I highly recommend this digital recorder. The sound quality is exceptional and the USB interface makes transferring files quick and easy. According to my experience, this recorder is user-friendly and has a great battery life. The only drawback is that it doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, this is a must-have piece of electronics for anyone who needs a reliable and high-quality digital recorder for transcription work.

I am very happy with this purchase. I've been using this transcription kit for a week and haven't had any problems. It was very easy to install and set up and it does exactly what I want it to do: plays .wav files over a USB connection, starts/stops with pedals, can slow down or speed up the speed of a .wav file. I give it five stars without reservation and am very glad I bought it despite some of the previous negative reviews.

This product is good in theory but I haven't been able to use it yet. It doesn't seem to be compatible with my Sony ICD-UX71 digital voice recorder. It would be nice if someone would tell me before I bought this item. On the packaging it says in tiny letters that the transcription system is only compatible with Sony's ICD-ST, SX, MS, BM, BP and P series recorders. So I think I need to buy a new recorder now too.
