Parts of this recorder fell off. There are dents on two corners. The top is damaged, I am appalled at the condition of this product!

Great DVD player but the VHS side doesn't work. It came with a videocassette in the VHS slot, and he threw it away - basically. He seemed to have eaten it, and then nothing would have played. Pretty disappointed.

The VCR door was misaligned and I couldn't lift it with my hand. I sent it back to Revain as is and got my money back. If anyone has a similar item for sale, feel free to buy it for $150-$300 to insure it. As far as I know, this product was discontinued in 2009.

The DVD side worked fine. The VHS site plays the film in good color quality. But when I tried to eject the VHS tape, it kind of got stuck in my head. This happened every time. I sent it back to the seller and they refunded me in full. So 5 stars is an honest seller.

I am very glad that I was able to buy a DVD/VHS player. The product arrived as stated. The seller spoke well about the product. It is used but works very well. Added to my collection of old VHS tapes. I am satisfied with the picture and sound quality. While it works like new. Thanks seller.

We have a lot of DVDs and VCRs. We had two combos at home, one working with a VCR, the other with a DVD. This purchase of a used Sony SLV-D380P DVD/VCR was a mistake on our part. I paid almost $29 for return shipping so be careful. The first VHS we put in for playback would not play and could not be extracted. Some DVDs won't play on it either. So the experience is not pleasant. I put a star and I don't know why?

We bought this product because it was a DVD/VCR combo. We have many VHS movies that we like and wanted to watch, so we bought this product. BIG MISTAKE! We only used the VCR a couple of times and then we couldn't use it. It didn't work properly. The image freezes every few frames. We can't look at anything about it at the moment.
