I really wish it was more durable.

This thing is so thin it's almost disposable as it won't last many uses. I wish it was more durable because it's very beautiful.

Nice pitcher, a nice addition to the dining table

Very nice and elegant design. I did a cold/hot water test and the jug held up pretty well. A beautiful addition to the dining table and loved by everyone in the family.

Visually appealing dining and serving ware

Very attractive glass jug. It looks a lot smaller than it can actually hold which could be nice with the storage (height) in the fridge! (FYI, I put a bottle of wine in a jug and he filled it less than halfway)

this is glass for Carafes and Jugs

This is a wonderful jug. I know some reviewers think it's not glass because it's so light. But when filled, it makes a characteristic glassy sound. It's harder to hear when the pitcher is empty. I'm very pleased as it fits nicely in the fridge because it's too big but holds almost half a gallon.

The smoke flavor is the best in drink serving utensils

I really want to love this because it's beautiful but I washed it with hot water and a sponge, rinsed very well and filled with water. I immediately felt that the taste was gone. After a few hours I added it to my tea and it seemed like I was drinking color. I'm really concerned that it's food safe. Everyone thinks it's plastic, but it rattles a bit, so I think it's a special type of thin safety glass.
