Decent quality for the price

The wire is very thin and can easily be cut with a pocket knife. Be very careful when cutting or you won't even come close to zero in your joints. Otherwise great price and does what it's supposed to. There was more than enough wire to get from my front battery to the Excursion's rear doors.

Crappy wire insulation must be very low temperature. Mine melted

This 1/0 wire blew and only drew 100 amps DC while driving my 2000w pure sine wave inverter 6ft continuously. The fuse was rated 150 and did not blow. The outer insulation heated up and melted. What the heck is the temperature range for the outer insulation? NO, THIS IS NOT A SHORT CIRCUIT.

That made me laugh.

I currently have 1/0 AWG OFC cable for my subwoofers. I have many systems installed. That 1/0 is a very, very wrong 1/0. It is 4 gauge thick along lines. I bought this from Hope so my doppelgangers are battery powered in no time. regret. If you are aiming for anything over 1000 watts, DO NOT take this. The wire itself is also very bad. The CCA wire used is poorly made. It looks like aluminum coated with copper paint. Not used in my car.

Size & Quality: Car audio and video installation

I've been installing for years I came across this cable while looking for something different and decided to check it out. Thickness ranges from 4 to 8 gauge, it was fun, when I opened it up I couldn't help but laugh. If you're doing a simple install then you can get by with it but I would never trust it with serious performance lol the price of a real zero gauge isn't much higher so I'll go with the real brand. Overall for $1 a foot you can't expect it to be good, it was basically a joke just…

Decent budget cable suitable for car electronics accessories

Received the package earlier than expected so it was a bonus. The wire is slightly smaller than the Knukonceptz and XS Engineering 0AWG wires I have. There is quite a bit of room in the Stinger 0gauge grommet, I had to wrap a few turns of tape around the wire to keep the grommet in place. 0 gauge cable lugs also fit loosely, but can still be crimped with good holding power. Super flexible, easy to route and work with overall decent wire for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for a high end or…

Flexible and low resistance

I bought this cable to connect a 2000w inverter to my 2015 Prius for use during a power outage. size, this wire is incredibly "flexible". Both wire and insulation are flexible. He soldered well. This isn't usually surprising, but I re-read the specs and saw copper-plated aluminum. Never heard of it, but it works. For my application I wanted to measure current with a multimeter. In the past I have "calibrated" a piece of wire with a multimeter setting of 10 amps. Put a known current (measured…
