The box the robe came in looked horribly sketchy so I was skeptical. but that quickly turned into a pleasant surprise. Putting it together is no more difficult than something from IKEA. Nice warm colour. Seems strong/heavy. Bought this for my 89 year old mom and she loves it!

Very easy to assemble. Looks real and beautiful! It is very durable and heavy. The stain was much redder than I expected. It didn't match my furniture so I sanded and sanded/painted. I was surprised at the quality, when I sanded it down there was a lot of hardwood that wasn't visible under the factory stain.

For over a year I have been looking for an electric fireplace that looks as real as possible. Thanks to the other video posts, they were great. Item arrived in perfect condition, looks great. It turned my living room into a cozy space. The flame looks damn realistic, people double check. We use it all the time, mostly without heat. The heater works well, warms a small room.

I'm obsessed with our new fireplace. I took the brown and painted it in Old White with Annie Sloan Chalk. I knew I would paint it anyway to make it look more realistic and add some texture. See the photo, it's magical. Very big and works great. You can increase and decrease the brightness, use just the color of the flame, or add heat (even with a timer). As you can see our dog loves it too. killer deal. Got so many compliments.

Unfortunately part of the mantel was damaged and I didn't notice until the parts were unpacked and the unit assembled (the shelf is the final part of the assembly) - not sure if this is possible just the mantel substitute? The rest of the product is as advertised - the wood finish is much redder than cherry or mahogany but the fireplace insert/box is stunning and quite pretty. The assembly is preferably carried out by two people and takes about an hour.

Assembly went well, the top cloak was difficult to put on. I'm disappointed with the heat dissipation, I put it on 350 sq.m. ft. living room and it doesn't get that hot. It heats a small (100 square foot) room perfectly. The product mentioned that it will heat up to 400 sqm. ft. Overall, it looks good from an aesthetic point of view, but isn't a great source of primary heat in an average room. heat is on I have to turn it off to stop the beeping.
