This is a good example of a situation where you should consider moving away from a solution that does not meet your needs.

We are interested in working with companies looking to implement a new CRM system. Our first impression was that this software was built with a "one size fits all" approach. When we looked at the pricing structure it appeared that it was also very expensive. In addition, we were not able to see any real examples of the software being implemented. Pros
  • Great visualisation capability and is extremely easy to understand and work with
  • Can be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud (for those with SaaS)
Cons
  • Needed several hours of my time to try and find out how to do basic things like add contacts, set filters etc.
  • Lack of enterprise grade features like authentication, SSO, OAuth etc
  • Most likely overpriced - the website states £

A great logo design company! It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut with design and branding.

An awesome service! It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut with design and branding. That is why when I came across Sovereign State I knew it was something special. What impressed me most about them was their understanding of how to take my brand to the next level. When it comes to logo design, I tend to go back and forth between a lot of different designers, so I decided to give Sovereign State a try. To my surprise, I found myself coming back for more! I am now planning on doing my annual rebrand

The platform is very easy to use.

So far, the platform is excellent. The ability to customize the landing page template, to change the copy and design, to add/edit fields and forms. Also the content creation tool allows for the creation of both static pages (for web) and dynamic pages (like blogs). But there are still issues. 1- On our account, we did not receive any kind of welcome email from Sovereign State. After searching the website, I found a link where you can download the Welcome Email Template but it was not activated…

Pros
  • You can import your existing CRM data into this platform as well as build custom forms.
  • You can also publish and sell digital products through their ecommerce section
  • You can create a variety of reports and charts for analysis and reporting.
Cons
  • Limited integration options with popular apps like Salesforce, Google Analytics etc.
  • No real reporting capabilities, especially compared to the competitors like Zoho and Wrike
