When I tried these leggings for snorkeling they weren't as comfortable as I'd hoped. The spandex fabric didn`t seem to fit my body well, leaving me feeling self-conscious and unflattered. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I mostly wear them under my regular hiking shorts when it's cold outside or at the gym in the winter. They provide excellent compression and keep my feet from feeling tired/sore. I even wore them to sleep a few times. It's great, no restrictions on movement and I feel great the next morning.
