Contrary to the description, NO mounting material was included with this article. Additionally, the mounting holes do not match the NRG quick release hardware that is described or advertised as "most commonly bought together". Now I'm stuck with a car with no steering wheel while waiting for the NRG steering wheel to arrive.

The steering wheel arrived on time but it wasn't bolted as advertised, it cost me dearly as I couldn't install it when I needed it and had to rent a car. I went to the hardware store but they don't have the screw I need so now I have to order them online for $15 and be without a car for another 4 days. I would have ordered the screws if I had known they weren't included but it says they are so I didn't.

steering wheel is really excellent quality, delivery was very fast. The wheel itself is great, I originally ordered it thinking the ground wire (blue wires) had a plug and not a ring. But I just cut the wire and installed the connector needed to work with the nrg quick release. Be aware that if you buy it hoping it will work with the nrg quick release without modification, it doesn't work, you need to change the ground wire on the back of the handlebar.
