"Faulty " in win10 out of the box

It didn't work properly until I played music and THEN plugged the device into USB. It's working great now, but I started the return process when I got it to work.

Looks nice and comfortable. It worked right away.

Works great! I use it in Win 10. Instant gratification when you want to change the volume. As you can see from my photos I added a magnetic material below and attached it to the side of my computer. Increase or decrease by two, giving you 50 sound settings in Windows. Good enough.

Nice but flawed

that it has a minimum and maximum rotation so I can use muscle memory to quickly rotate to fixed volumes. However, it increases or decreases in fixed increments and spins constantly, even when the system volume is at 0% or 100%. You need to either glue it to the surface (there are fasteners for that) or use two hands. Finally, the USB cable sticks out and looks pretty ugly.

Looks great, works exactly as expected!

I hesitated too long to buy this wonderful little device! Is it worth having a $20 volume and mute button? Absolutely! I wish I had done that sooner. I went through all the different options and was nervous about this device because of the mediocre reviews. I'm not rating the Revain very highly, but thought you all should know that this unit works, doesn't have those pesky LEDs constantly on, and looks pretty good. This is perfect for my needs and as the reviews were mixed when I read them Iโ€ฆ

Delicious. Easy to use. Great comfort. About the volume control.

Works great. You must allow the device drivers to load automatically when you connect for the first time. The labeling of the volume control is somewhat misleading. Left is a minus sign; right plus sign. However, the knob is turned counterclockwise as many times as necessary to decrease the volume and clockwise as many times as necessary to increase the volume. On Windows, any adjustment of the knob will result in a vertical bar volume icon appearing in the top left corner, and the height ofโ€ฆ
