Works great. You must allow the device drivers to load automatically when you connect for the first time. The labeling of the volume control is somewhat misleading. Left is a minus sign; right plus sign. However, the knob is turned counterclockwise as many times as necessary to decrease the volume and clockwise as many times as necessary to increase the volume. On Windows, any adjustment of the knob will result in a vertical bar volume icon appearing in the top left corner, and the height of the bar increases as the knob is turned clockwise and decreases as it is turned counterclockwise. I use it by mounting it on a small flat surface on my smart bike's aero bars. This was great for me because I had to struggle to reach the computer's keyboard, which I put on a stand right in front of the front wheel and which allows me to view a video of my bike ride to adjust the volume or mute the sound switch . Music or radio that I listen to while driving. I can do it with one hand with this device instead of awkwardly doing the same thing on the keyboard with two hands. (Any bike can be used with the Smart Trainer, and is similar to a regular trainer, but interacts with the Bkool software, which adapts the video to the terrain shown in the video by adjusting rear wheel resistance. Kind of like a peloton, but much cheaper - the treadmill costs a few hundred and a monthly subscription is $10 a month - and the hundreds and hundreds of rides are real videos shot mostly in Europe.)
