This chain block is a lifesaver for my construction business. It easily lifts heavy loads and saves valuable time on the job site. This lift arrived quickly although the packaging was inadequate. I couldn't use it right away. The chain would have knotted immediately because it had been assembled incorrectly. One of the three nuts holding the body together wasn't even on the bolt! Also, the top hook is stuck. It is obvious that this company does not have a quality control department. At least all parts were there. Haven't had it long enough to rate durability, but will update this information in about 2 weeks.
