Description of 💨 High-Performance Spectra Premium CU13063 Complete Radiator for Dodge Caravan - Upgrade Your Cooling System!

To allow room for the occurring thermal expansion, OE clevis pins are included where it is required. To reduce stress on the headers and prevent warping during thermal expansion, stress cuts are made to the side rails. Increased tube wall thickness for durability and longevity. Manufactured with high quality material for extended durability. Subject to aging and endurance testing to validate performance under extreme weather conditions.

In use for a year: engine cooling and air conditioning

Fits without problems. However, the cooler broke after a year. The van has no problems, the fluid level is normal, the head gasket is in good condition, no other obvious problems. Simply cracked. After reading other reviews I decided to buy a TYC radiator for $40 less.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Only available in black

Lasted almost exactly two years

Very easy installation and no problems for 2 years. It started leaking at the top corner of the radiator hose. The radiator still looks like new except for leaks like through a sieve. The leak is where everything is right, where plastic and aluminum converge. Not worth the extra money for a "premium" brand.

Pros
  • Subjected to aging and endurance tests to verify performance in extreme weather conditions
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Easy installation on 2010 Grand Caravan

Fits with no problems and is still working great after 2 weeks. FYI, be sure to keep ALL the parts (guards, caps, screws, clips, clamps, etc.) from the old heatsink. There is nothing superfluous in the new. Also, buy some distilled water and be prepared to flush the entire cooling system thoroughly after installing the cooler or else you will void the cooler warranty.

Pros
  • Side rails are stress isolated to reduce stress on headers and prevent distortion from thermal expansion
Cons
  • No.

Drain plug that does not prevent draining

When my 2008 T&C radiator started leaking I didn't want to buy an OEM part but looked at this part and the TYC part below . I chose the Spectra part because it costs a bit more and I thought it would be better quality. To be fair it was better packaged (made of styrofoam) but had a couple of very small areas where the fins were bent or not finished properly. The fins were definitely thinner than the OEM heatsink. Everything else is great. I installed Spectra. The kit did not have new bushings…

Pros
  • Made of high quality material for longer life
Cons
  • There are nuances
