Description of Spectra Premium FN549 Fuel Filler

Unit is dual coated for enhanced corrosion protection. Fit tested on the very same vehicle application for which it was developed verifying first-hand that the design fits properly and can be easily installed. Unit is leak tested after production to ensure product in free from fuel and / or evaporative leaks. Tested with OE fuel cap to prevent evaporative emission and check engine light failure.

This was a perfect match for my 1996 Ranger XLT Flareside

This was a perfect match for my 1996 Ranger XLT Flareside. It didn't require modification to install, and I no longer lose gas through a cracked filler at a gas station or through days of vaping.
