Why doesn't the filter stay on the hose. I pinched it a couple of times and it just fell off while driving. The rubber seal on the filter broke after tightening several times.

Was easy as I looked through the instructions and realized the screw had to be split to turn inside to hold the heat shield and the tank too small for my imported car was to use my old one to make it work. Overall the installation was easy for me, I just had to work around what they are doing wrong

You get what you pay for - the filter could have been a little bigger and the MAF sensor socket had to be widened a bit to fit. Had to wrap aluminum tubing because of the heat and the car was losing power so had to go back to camp. When I contacted the seller they basically told me it was very bad so I'm sad and saved my money. They don't back up their product.
