This CAI kit is perfect. Sturdy construction, half the price of other CAI kits of the same quality. I had no trouble landing on my 2018 F150.

I like this technique! With this mod the sound of my 16ft F-150 is great. The rpm range is low, the creep is amazing and full throttle is very raspy and noisy. It took a few days for the computer to adjust, but a slight increase in mileage. The increase in average speed was definitely noticeable.

I didn't notice anything about the odometer reading, but I have a heavy leg again. A quiet whistle at low revs and a very pleasant growl when accelerating. I absolutely notice the increase in performance and some get up and leave. You can't go wrong with Specter.

Too expensive in my opinion. I have this so I can fit a K&N filter later. I like the air intake because it had weld spatter inside, so I stuck my hand in to sand it down. I was able to remove some of them. I was afraid it would hit my engine if it rumbled or something. In general, the sound is excellent. And I have an extra filter that needs to be replaced!

In general I am happy with the purchase. Installation was easy except for one detail. When tightening the air filter with a clamp, the surface is too smooth for the filter to stick on impact. Some comments said they used a bolt to hold it in place, but I found a metal bristle brush with a drill to roughen the surface worked well and didn't budge. The manufacturer should add grooves or a concave surface in the opposite direction to keep it from slipping off.

It was easy, the rumble got a little louder and yes it can actually be heard inside the car, slightly increased launch speed and revs, I still have the stock exhaust on at the moment , so I'm not using 100% of the possibilities yet. But overall I like it for the price and it took me 15 minutes from start to finish. If you want to get 800 horses out of your 5.0 then you could use that, but if you've already spent that much money why not get an S&B or K&N. I just want to squeeze 450-500 horses…

The 2019 F150 V8 has 2 ports coming from the intake. These connectors are not easy to connect to the air intake. I think it took more effort than necessary. I've had an issue with whistling between 2-3,000 rpm and a chugging noise (as if air is trying to escape) at idle, but the gaskets may just need to be re-tightened.
