It works great and is exactly what I was looking for. Only criticism is that the clamps that come with it don't tighten well. Even when fully tightened you can still move the clamp and the vacuum hose that runs from the valve cover to the intake has a plastic clamp that snaps onto a plastic ring on the intake hose bib of the factory intake pipe. This air intake doesn't have that ring so I had to use zip ties to hold the hose in place. If you enlarge the photo you can see the ties I had to use.

Improves the sound of my 2012 Mustang v6. I have Magnaflow racing series rear axles. The addition of this CAI removed the hum my car was making at over 1200 rpm. This gives it a nice little gurgling sound at idle and a harsher noise on startup. Great sound, easy installation, noticeable performance! Sounds very good, nice deep rumble, almost no need for a loud exhaust. It took 2 people less than an hour to assemble. Everything fitted well, the only complaint was that the MAFS mount was missing a screw, but it was easy to find at any store.
