They are in no way heat resistant or resistant to the heat the motor puts out and they are almost transparent I should have known better Trust them Specter products

Excellent quality strong nickel wrapped color is good too actually red not pink fading like many 'red' car accessories and which is very important to me I have ordered and will continue to order products of these companies.

Consistent design and/or production, size and structure are good. The machine is split in the middle to make it easier to insert wires. Installed on the front of the engine bay we'll see how well it holds up over time.

Decent thickness, a few kinks in transit but will pop out when stuffed with wires. I ran 5 wires between 12 and 16 gauge and I wanted to increase the size but did so using red tape. It has no overlap. So if you don't seal it with tape, the cable can come out, especially at sharp bends.

Exactly as described and at a reasonable price. I use this in many colors to visually encode computer and peripheral data and power cords. If something goes offline, the coloring quickly comes to an end, which requires my attention. I use 8" cable ties to securely seal the ends of the machine at the ends of the cable to keep the machine from detaching the cables. .
