I like ABS more than bare aluminum. It doesn't conduct electricity. The Specter logo would be cool. Watch out for the nut when screwing in the screw, otherwise it may jump out from behind and disappear into the engine compartment.

Excellent price, beautiful appearance, easy installation. It's a shame they aren't very well made. They only started breaking a few weeks after installation. Now they are all broken or too deformed to hold my wires in place. I should have known better than to go with plastic but I think I'll know next time.

One of the spacers has melted and is badly deformed. I didn't think it was too close to extreme heat. I've bought other similar wire cutters and never had this problem. My application is running on turbo so it gets very hot but I don't think these parts will do the job.

These are fairly easy to install. They come with metal screws and metal washers and a hex key for tightening. They seem to be holding the wires together pretty well. However, when I looked at them a week later, I noticed that they were already partially badly deformed due to engine overheating. I ended up using a different loom kit. If I were to buy this style again I would make sure they were metal and not plastic - not these, another brand for sure.

A picture is worth a thousand words, maybe 20 or 30, some of which are not very good. They're hollow, cheap plastic. I haven't had any problems with melting yet. I paid $5.99 it must be an incredible win in these things. Update: downgraded to one star. The hollow plastic parts are broken. They don't look stressed, they just hang there! I take what's left and throw it away before they fall apart and end up somewhere else.
