Not sure if it increases mileage but a great alternative to K&N at a great price. Install an open air cleaner on a 1995 Silverado, this filter gives it a nice look.

Ideal for aftermarket air cleaners. Looks really cool under the hood. I hope it survives the cleaning and reuse. The time will show.

High quality filter! But if you have an aftermarket air cleaner that uses K&N filters like mine, it won't fit. The rubber gasket at the top and bottom is 1/8" thicker and will not fit in the groove.

Spectra air filters are just as good as K&N at a much better price. I use K&N but if I can get Spectra to do it I will use Spectra because of the price. Take the names of the two and I don't think you could tell them apart. I also think the airflow will be the same.

Specter air and oil filters not only add beauty to a hot rod engine, they are also well made and functional. The air filter can be cleaned and lasts a long time. The price is much better than other high-end products, and the looks and functionality are the same.
