Leaks with original banjo bolt and nylon washers

As the title says I couldn't stop the leak with the parts they gave me. I had to use my old banjo bolt and washers to get it working. I should have bought Edelbrock instead.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • sad package

It's not bad for the price, the only one I've had.

It's not bad for the price, the only thing I had was a leak. I had to buy seals, so the field I didn't like cost me about four dollars. extra money and bought one from Edelbrock

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • So-so

Quality Items - Lines

Advice. DO NOT overtighten the carburetor fitting. If you do this, the seal will be pushed out and cause a large fuel leak. Otherwise I can only praise the article. Looks MUCH better than a regular steel or rubber fuel line. It also makes it easy to add a fuel pressure sensor.

Pros
  • Always Liked
Cons
  • Silence

the hard line seems solid and the calibration hole is finely cut

overall everything is fine. The hard line appears solid and the calibration hole is definitely threaded. HOWEVER, the 3/8" threaded hole was not tapped properly. I tried fitting 3 different -6AN to 3/8" NPT adapters (Earl's, Russell and Red Horse) into a 3/8" NPT female connector screw and they won't engage more than 1/4th of the thread Recut the hole and everything seems fine Maybe it's just a manufacturing defect but it should have been easily caught by QA.

Pros
  • Best in my niche
Cons
  • later I will add
