works perfectly with a replacement Civic B20b! The only complaint is that I didn't receive any support brackets! Well it's pretty tight.

If you have an adapter to make it an inch smaller to connect to the engine you can buy it in Aut Zone but they also come with filters

Installed with an AEM Dry Flow air filter and performance is great. A real sound improvement. I definitely recommend it, but make sure it's legal in your state. I'm in California and don't think it's legal, but changing the default system to Smog and then reverting to this SRI is no problem.

Mine came with a hose, it had no clamps and hoses, no brackets at all, just a pipe to the rubber that was on the hose, I ended up buying a TGE converter but now I have a hose out the ghetto, I have to work because I can't afford it. It says it will fit my Honda Accord but also if my hood rips it could ruin everything but luckily it doesn't.

Very versatile inlet tube. I was surprised that it was actually metal and not chromed plastic. Cone with silicone coupler and adapter (small silicone hose fits larger ones), two clamps, vacuum line, one welded to connector (fits line) and a hole with a working plug, with a hole in it for attaching the appropriate one. I ended up redrawing mine and trimming it down a bit for my custom app.
