These are my favorite pencils for any type of coloring. The finish is glossy rather than shiny (i.e. not glittery like a gel pen) but the colors are so rich and easy to apply; the results are always great.

They can get a little messy when using them - make sure you have a handy paper towel have and that you activate them over the sink or something! I'm slowly collecting all the Spectrum Noir Glitter Brush Pens available. While you can use clear overlay pens to add sparkle to any colored medium (at least the ones I've tried so far), it's just one step to sparkle for my CAD creation! The pastel is light and beautiful.
