unacceptable. Why even waste time shipping something obviously defective? Return them immediately and start questioning the reliability of the Amazons after several items were faulty or didn't match the description.

My daughter is a swimmer so I wanted to buy her a nice swimsuit that would last a long time. I grew up wearing Speedo's myself and they've always held up well. This one... not so much! I was light purple blue when we received December 5th, now January 18th and it is a pale gray color! Ridiculous!

Bought this swimsuit for my 7th graders because they need 1 item for their swim block at the gym. It held up well and was not discolored by chlorine. I just asked her how many times she washed it and she replied that she only washed it twice because she kept forgetting to bring it home. She said she liked that it fits well and keeps its shape on her body in the water.

This costume is beautiful and looks high quality but runs very, very small. My daughter is very small. In clothes and swimwear she usually wears a size 7/8, and even that is sometimes a bit too big for her. (about 58 pounds and 4 feet 2 inches). We bought a size 8. When she tried on this suit it was so small I actually checked the tag to make sure I ordered and received the correct size. If you are considering purchasing this suit I would order at least a size or two.

My daughter normally wears 14/16 and has a slightly stocky build. Although this size is a little big, it is more comfortable and leaves room for growth. 16 suit is perfect. She loves it! She trains three times a week and we wash her quickly after each training session. It's holding up very, very well and I've just bought another one in a different color. Swimwear tends to be overpriced for my taste but if you get what you pay for then this suit is worth it!

This suit looked so great when it came in the mail and it fit so well. After using it in the pool twice a week for 5 months it was boxed up until I got it back last week and when I put it on it felt weird, got in the pool and turned into a walking tissue bubble. The suit has lost all elasticity. I've searched online for reasons why this might happen with swimwear and haven't found any, so the only explanation is poor quality. I expect a lot more from Speedo swim products.

Runs small. Order one size up. Size 14 is perfect for my petite 12 year old girl. I ordered a size 12 and then decided to go back and order a size up just in case and I'm happy. I did because yesterday for some reason I received a size 14 and still haven't received a size 12 which I wanted to compare but size 14 fits perfectly - I was worried it would be a fake speedometer but it did is great quality - the straps don't stretch like other reviews and love the little stripes NO WEDGY!

First suit arrived, missing silicone grips on back leg opening. Called Revane, sent a second suit. The second suit was also missing the silicone zipper on the legs. So I clicked on the Speedo link, contacted Speedo directly. They also sent me one suit, the third one was still missing the silicone grip on the back leg opening. This is clearly shown in the highlighted images and stated in the description below. Apparently the problem is in the Speedo factory and the silicone grips won't attach…
