This was a gift as I have had a similar timer for 10 years and I really like it. I like it when the voice announces the countdown. Very good prices from this seller. While researching my gift, I found prizes all over the map. Some are quite high for no apparent reason.

This is great but I wish it could count out loud while counting down and I wish the volume was louder. Also, in the case of my OCD patient, I want to set more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise it's great and pretty easy to install.

I have previously bought 2 of these timers and they have lasted over two years. This brand was half the price but the timer broke after a few weeks. The battery does not remain charged, so the timer has little to no power and does not work. Since then, the magnet on the back of the timer has also fallen off. very disappointing.

This is the original countdown timer that has been sold under various brand names for the visually impaired for many years. Very tactile and easy to use. There is a newer, revised version of this timer available at a cheaper price. After trying one I found it wasn't that affordable and would recommend buying one. Even if the price is a bit higher, this is definitely an example of you get what you pay for.

This is not one of those disposable timers you see everywhere. I've only used one of these timers in the science lab and classroom for at least 25 years. It has also been used from time to time in the kitchen and as a holiday alarm clock (as an alarm clock you have to count down the hours that have elapsed until you want to wake up). Bought as a time management tool for my 7 year old grandson with ADHD who also has hearing loss in both ears. The product works as advertised and is very reliable, has multiple stand, clip and magnet options and is easy to use (my grandson sometimes installs it himself). Otherwise I found the clock to be larger based on the picture (needed something my grandson could see well) and the sound is not as loud as I would have hoped for a hearing impaired person (although loud enough for me)…
