This product will definitely stretch your back well. I use the product and get used to it. I can also use it to stretch my legs and calves by putting my feet on a board, this is great for my plantar fasciitis.

I appreciate the different ways this lumbar support can create "space" in your back - another way to keep your back healthy. Also, I received it so quickly after ordering; very grateful!

Fast delivery, good product. I'm glad I paid a little more to get a solid product. My back loves it, btw I'm a tall guy over 6ft tall and it fits me. I used it for two stretches: lower back and mid back just below the shoulder blades.

This is amazing! I get lower back pain every time I wake up after cycling and I just sway a little. I've only used it for a few minutes a day and I jump out of bed with no morning back pain! He is also durable.

A very solid device. A little pricey but it's definitely high quality. It was a little too arched for me at first, but my back is starting to relax from bottom to top center. Haven't used an extension yet, but maybe in a few months. I would suggest a partner when doing this or any other type of railing so you can get off without hurting yourself.

I really couldn't use it, the curve is too steep/high and obviously not adjustable. I tried really hard a couple of times but I couldn't get into the stretch position, it seemed like it could cause injury so I gave up.
