I like that these hair ties leave no mark on my hair and hold my thick long hair well. They stretch well and return to normal size after a few hours. But 2 hair ties were half broken. The glued connection part doesn't look that high-quality. The headbands themselves are good.

They are too big for my fine hair. They were also cheaper and you could get colors that matched your hair rather than those random colors. I regret this purchase.

Although these headbands have a high overall rating, the most popular critical reviews really hit the mark. The main issues are that the colors are much more muted than the photos and also that the hair ties stretch incredibly after one use. They return somewhat to their original size, but not enough. Disappointed to say the least.

Update: After using these hair ties a few times, they will stretch slightly and bind in the hair tie. Stamina wasn't enough. They didn't last long at all. The pair broke in half. I have very thick hair to wear and a messy bun. I often break hair ties. I've been using them for several weeks and haven't had a break yet. They mostly regain their shape once I take them off. They are big enough to fit my wrist without leaving any marks.

Ever since those "spiral hair ties" came out I've been using them. So I bought a lot, from multiple sources. I was hoping they would be a bit stronger and not give back as much. They stretch quite easily and I often have to restyle my hair because it starts to sag, especially when I have a messy bun. I have long, relatively thick hair. They shrink pretty close to their original size if you blow dry them or soak them in hot water.

It's okay. They are not as bright as they appear in the picture. Colors are more muted. They hold my hair back, but since I have long, thick hair, it doesn't hold up very well in a high ponytail. They also seem to stretch a lot after a few uses. They return somewhat to their original size when not in use, but not quite. I've attached a picture, the top row are the ones I used (the top right one I just removed from my hair) and the bottom row are the ones I didn't use.
