They're Classic - Skateboard Parts

I got the wrong color wheels, but I put the graphics in anyway so I wouldn't really notice. Otherwise they are exactly what you would expect.

Rock Against These Wheels

lol You thought you could balance? wait 'til you hit that sweet, sweet rock of death at 0 to 10 mph. 10/10 would buy again. I like their firmness.

Great pair of wheels

I've been using them for a few months now and I have to say they're great. They don't slow down much on tarmac and row well with a shovel. At least they don't have any flat spots either

Pros
  • Skateboarding
Cons
  • Minor issues

No longer made in USA

It was disappointing to learn that the Spitfire is now made in Mexico. One would assume that this is every model, but I can only speak for the "classic". I can confirm that the Bones 100 are still made in the USA (I received the v5 52mm kit two weeks ago). I don't see how the Spitfire can justify the higher price given that.

Poor quality: Sport

I have owned a Spitfire for many years and have been an active skateboarder all my life. Bought these rims based on price and reviews. Every time I skate with these wheels, I've had a new flat spot. I've ridden these wheels a total of 5 times and now I'm the Flatspot "guy" that everyone at the skate park can hear from a mile away. It seems like every time my bike slides on the ground, it's another flat spot. Next time I'll spend the extra money and buy a better quality wheel. I'm definitely not

  • Skateboard Parts
Cons
  • Not bad
