I usually wear cycling overalls but sometimes I want to wear a neoprene sauna shirt to sweat more, that made me buy these and they are great . I wear XL but I ordered a pair of XXXL which fit perfectly. Elastic at the waist is good and at the shins to keep them from riding up. The padding is great and my 20 miles went very well in it.
