Good product: tire and wheel tool

Used 4 times so far. The spoons are well made. It doesn't look like the nickel plating is peeling off like the old spoons I've had for years.

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Negative gift

Great for small tires

I had a hard time replacing the tube in my 4.10 x 3.50 handcart tires, using screwdrivers and punching holes in the tube each time. It was easy with these little spoons and no broken tubes.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Zero

Costs money! DO NOT USE SCREWDRIVERS!

Perfect for changing tires on my dirt bike, however they could be a bit stronger. Don't get me wrong, they worked great, but I have a feeling that with years of use they will loosen and start to bend.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Very expensive

Did the job in the Tools & Equipment section

I gave it four stars because I have nothing to compare. This is the only time I've used something like this. I watched videos on YouTube and then ordered them. I could change a dirt bike's rear tire in about 45 minutes and swear decently.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Excellent Tools in Tire & Wheel Tools

Purchased to make changing tires on mini bikes easier. Without them, it's just an almost impossible task. They provide a lot of leverage and won't damage the bead (like a screwdriver or other inappropriate tool can do). A tip for fitting small tires (or big ones): when sliding the second bead onto the rim, use a vise clamped to the edge of the rim to keep the tire bead from unrolling (both sides), this makes the job very easy. a little soapy water or tire mounting grease in a spray can also…

Very satisfied - almost ready to give up

So I have a No-Mar manual tire changer and recently changed tires on my ST-1300. The OEM tires are Bridgestone "Battlax" tires and they have an extremely stiff sidewall. The front worked fine but I struggled to get a second bead in the back. I've tried all the tricks - lots of grease, wooden blocks to keep the bead in the groove, a ratchet strap to keep the tire firmly on the wheel. This failed. I was ready to give up when I decided to buy these mounts. (Pay for tire fitting or take the bike to

Great tire shops!

As an on-call motorcycle tire changer, I have used many different types of tire changers over the years to remove/install tires and repair flats on everything from a '90 Honda Trail to a Harley Big Twin. . I've used 16" Motion Pro mounts (MP part number 08-0007) in the past and loved the benefits of the Motion Pro mounts, but hated the rough black oxide finish that rusted instantly and didn't slip easily . Rim/Tire Surfaces. However, these spoons are amazing in comparison! The hard chrome…
