I've been bodybuilding since I was a teenager. I have tried many protein powders and this is my favorite! It's an isolate, so it has a higher percentage of protein per serving. It also contains all the important amino acids and is sugar-free! I like the unscented ones best. I add cinnamon powder for extra flavor. Plus cinnamon is good for you! I buy ONLY 100% natural protein (NO aspartame/acesulfame-k/sucralose, NO chemicals or artificial colors/flavors/colours)!
