- Easy set up process without needing an IT person involved OR much advanced knowledge required
- Can customize fields easily by dragging down menus across screen while adding new ones quickly along side.
- Allows one entry per client visit vs multiple entries under previous system(s)I dislike:
- Sometimes requires clicking "New" button before seeing any progress
