Great toolset and easy setup process

I have used this with my team to track all of our service calls, which is really helpful for having repeatable processes in place when it comes time do resolve them! It's also great that you can create your own forms within their website if needed as well (which was not clear at first). The UI could be better - there are some areas where things aren't very intuitive or obvious how they work/what happens next etc., but these issues should improve over future updates / releases from SpoTts…

Pros
  • Great user interface
  • Easy set up process without needing an IT person involved OR much advanced knowledge required
  • Can customize fields easily by dragging down menus across screen while adding new ones quickly along side.
  • Allows one entry per client visit vs multiple entries under previous system(s)I dislike:
  • Sometimes requires clicking "New" button before seeing any progress

Great product / platform paired wth good service and tech support

I like that it is so customizable, can be used for any task from simple project management to an entire business process (i'm using as work-order manager). It's not very intuitive at first but after some training you'll get familiar with its capabilities pretty quickly if your willing to put in time learning how everything works/is set up. There are many other similar products out there on the market which offer more features than Spots does - however their price point may make them less…
