Great rivets on Kraft

The length was perfect for my project. I went through a layer of 4-6 oz leather, a layer of 1-2 oz leather, and 2 layers of waxed canvas.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Some cons

They work well: Kraft

Works great. We have a nice little leather holster with these and some o-rings. They come in two pouches for top and bottom. The delivery took about three weeks.

Pros
  • Rivet Type: Double Male
Cons
  • No Instructions

very easy to use: Leathercraft rivets

very easy to use. I simply punched holes in the leather and then glued the two pieces together. I ended up using a hammer with a little tape on the end and a piece of wood to hold them together. I used two 8 ounce pieces of leather.

Pros
  • colour: antique brass
Cons
  • legacy model

Cheaper than sewing. Used them to create acoustic soundbars.

I converted my second largest bedroom into a home recording studio. Instead of buying very expensive soundbars, I researched and built them myself. The DIY method was to build a roughly 4ft x 3ft frame and use 5 thick bath towels. The man I found sewed his towels together, but it's hard work and a regular sewing machine wouldn't do it. I found a shoe repair shop with a big enough sewing machine, he charged me $25 for each panel and I made 9, so no way. I looked around and found this solution…

Pros
  • Total length 9mm, lid diameter 9mm, stand diameter 3mm
Cons
  • New competitors are here
