It took my betta a few days to get used to this but now he loves it! He hides there several times a day! He looks so cute hiding in his rock!

The edges were quite sharp but I was able to gently smooth them out so they didn't hurt my fish. They don't look very natural, but the fish/snails like them. If the edges weren't so sharp I would have given this 5 stars.

I was surprised at how beautiful and heavy it is. I ran my finger over the holes and found nothing sharp or jagged. Once the algae baptize it, it should look like my other rocks. I love this addition to my aquarium.

I got it because I have a 30cm goldfish and added a baby fan tail. I wanted it to be able to hide until it was big enough that it couldn't be eaten. It usually rests among the plants in the aquarium, but will sometimes use the skins to gather food and rest. It's big enough that it doesn't "need" a cover at all, but still small enough to use.

So when I received them I expected them to be smooth but they feel rough like real rocks no sharp edges I bought 4 big ones so man can love cichlids very much. Very strong and high quality, they are heavy which I didn't expect. They can be stacked if you place them correctly as you can see my snail climbing on top of them and they don't move at all, it's not hard to make them strong enough to stay in place.
