EXTREMELY THIN CABLE

The charging cable is thin and weak. I noticed this when I received it but kept it very carefully so it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the docking station fell less than a foot off the ground and landed on the cable, completely cutting it in half (the docking station is very heavy). It fell off the side of the short box that was about 9 inches off the ground. I am frustrated because there is no way to swap out the cable and the cost of the dock is too high to just swap out if the cable isโ€ฆ

Square dock Fits mobile credit card readers

+1 - Item arrived on time and undamaged+1 - Item as described+1 - Item works as described and is easy to connect and use according to our requirements-1 - USB cable is connected to the device and cannot be remove except to cut it-1. Inserting the reader locks the pairing button, which is a disadvantage if it doesn't automatically pair after bedtime. Thoughts: Not everyone uses them to connect to a register or square stand. It would be nice if they made the USB connection an option, or aโ€ฆ

I own a restaurant and beauty salon, Square (a flat fee of 2.75%) has solved a lot of problems for me.
