They don't last long when cycling

I don't know why. But these chains last about 300 miles and they're past the replacement limit. I'm not a cadence rider but they have to ride at least 600 miles or am I wrong? I use them in 2017 27.5 Specialized Enduro comp.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • So far so good

best 11 speed chain I could buy

best 11 speed chain I could buy. I just completed 48 miles on fat bikes followed by a gear bike ride that went over 2,000 feet with no issues. Strong, smooth and reliable chain even with high torque.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • questionable purchase for seniors

Correct packaging, wrong chain size

Didn't work. I installed it and everything seems fine, before the first ride there was a terrible noise. I have installed dozens of chains. I measured the chain thickness and it was a 10 speed chain in an 11 speed box. The chain links were even stamped with "10".

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Thin

Outer links broke after 20 rides

Replaced the PCX1 chain that was on my wife's ProCaliber. The stock chain lasted a few years, this replacement chain sold by the pedal store is really junk and dangerous. She made 19 rides with this chain in the last 13 months before it broke today. 26 outer links are divided into pins. That shouldn't happen under any circumstances, especially since it has a maximum output of 300 watts and weighs 105 kilos.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Fine

Chained is used to upgrade MTB to 11 speed.

This 118 link chain is mated to a SunRace 11-46 cassette. Cage (narrow, wide) Shimano 11-speed rear derailleur (long) Shimano XT RD-M8000 rear derailleur Monochrome, long cage and rear derailleur. Converted my 3x9 MTB to 11 speed and it works great. I like the Sram link on the chain better than the Shimano chain I tried.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Empty

Got a lemon😑 for cycling

Dude I usually only have great experiences with SRAM products but on the 3rd or 4th ride this chain broke on a small but steep crossing. I have an old mean horse Charlie who spins on the steering wheel because of his leg 😵! This chain may have been faulty from the start because it never ran smoothly no matter how many times I adjusted it or lubricated the chain, I use Rock and Roll Holy Cow Lube. Maybe my chain just snapped, it's the only chain I've ever snapped and I've been mountain biking…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Bad instructions

Still confident for 1000 miles.

I bought this chain to replace my commuter bike. I ride 10 miles on a weekday, any weather, any weather, and I'm a big guy over 250 pounds. I've ridden about 1000 miles on this chain so far and it's still not stretched enough to read 0.5% wear on my chain wear sensor. Most of the wear and tear occurred during Chicago's summer months, but it still had its fair share of moisture and dirt. My spring/summer/fall maintenance schedule consists primarily of monthly wiping and relubrication with Rock…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So so
