My son ordered these because he had knee stability issues that were causing him pain. Fits perfectly. The material and design moves well and relieves foot pain. He said he could wear it for hours and it was still comfortable.

XL ordered, still not comfortable, even after measuring it became a little tight; it was still tight. If anyone else has tried this with less body weight and knee size. too full for her too. Not a good buy, especially note that this seller does not accept returns or refunds.

I had trouble finding the right size. it just has to be uncomfortable to wear. Size too big and I think that's the size I should have started with. overall I'm very happy with it. I just hope the hinges hold up. So far, so good

I bought one to start with and it helped a lot. I received one this week which is the wrong item. Seller shows a picture of "MD 429" but they change it to 429 R. It looks cheap and pull ups are not as hard as MD 429. Buy from someone else. Returns are not allowed with this seller. source e

The product was a little disappointing for two reasons. demo.2) The support bars are ok but don't give as much support as I would like. An improvement to the product would allow the two bars to be connected together above the leg (Velcro etc.) so that they actually rest better on the knee. Easy to wear, put on and take off. Similar to other McDavid products I own. Hooray!

I love the McDavid brand brace. I've been looking for something with a swivel brace and it's great! That being said, I added an extra strap around the metal supports to make them fit more snugly around my knee. This was necessary for me to get the shape I was looking for. I really like this brace and would definitely recommend McDavid to anyone looking for a brace or additional support. High quality goods and good fit. I wear it to baseball and hockey and it gives me a lot of support.

Meets expectations. Packaging is good and presentable. Hinges are very helpful with a sore knee like mine, especially when playing soccer. fabric is comfortable. I was wondering what the straps on the sides are for? Bought a second one for my left knee. the same size. but it also slips when I take measurements and should be in the X-Large range.! I understand why it slips. product defect. Both sides of the orthosis are not the same for both orthoses. The new one is too tight so it slips.

Good quality and well built. but I wear large ones on almost everything, and I should have ordered large ones for these braces. Instead, I used a size chart that put me in the XL range. I was surprised but trusted the size chart. If I didn't need a mount right away I probably would have sent it back. Don't believe the reviews that say order more. I wear a neoprene sleeve under the brace to add some thickness so it fits better. It also makes it hotter, but the case also keeps it from slipping…

This is a sturdy, well-made knee brace that does the job. But if you want one and if you are anywhere near a larger size, go for the larger size. I got 1X and I should have got 2X. I ended up running into some ill-advised issues, due to fitment or not, I don't know. You should probably wash any knee pad after you've used it, but I've never done that before. So first I wash and dry them, spray Tinactin on the inside and rub powder on the foot area and I'm ready to wear them all day. The company…
