Nickel Copper Brake Line Protector

I used this over a nickel copper brake line to protect it. It was easy to slide where I wanted, even after a fairly tight 180Β° turn, like the original line on the front wheel where the rubber hose goes to the caliper.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Great product at a good price!

I was very happy to find this shorter product at a good price. It arrived on time and in perfect condition in a padded envelope in a box. Haven't used it yet but it looks high quality and I'm sure it will work fine when I change the brake lines. Thank you!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

For Ammo Mike's Collator Build

Will use it for bullet pickup. I'm sure this will work just as well as everyone who referred me directly to that link. 9mm and .300 black. Special thanks to Ammo Mike for his outstanding contribution to cooldown. You are a fine gentleman and may Odin shower his blessings on you!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • weak

Stainless steel gravel guard.

Honest review, I restore old cars and repair/tune SUVs, love using this material, stainless steel looks amazing, It's easy to work with and offers protection from road debris. The combination of stainless steel gravel guard and nickel copper line gives you the show car look at a reasonable price.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I have doubts

Helps a lot when working with Nicopp on frame rails and around engines.

I bought this from Nicopp to replace brake lines in 98 Explorer. As well as protecting the wheel arches I've found this to be extremely useful when using the Nicopp in the frame spar and also behind and under the engine. This increases structural rigidity and prevents the line from twisting. It was worth the extra cost.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It's stainless steel, which you may not like

I replaced the brake lines in my RV with this 316 stainless steel brake line tube. Having owned a repair shop for over 30 years, taking on the task was easy . Fabricating, bending and double flaring stainless steel brake lines is NOT for the average person without skill or ability. I have used this material to slide over stainless steel brake lines where I feel they need extra protection.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Volume

Durable stone guard keeps your copper-nickel brake lines looking nice

Recently redid the brake lines with newer copper-nickel lines and wanted to keep the factory stone guard, it suits all requirements perfectly. Once installed the factory stone guard works, although stainless steel dominates the look, wisely show this is a good way to hide that you are using newer copper-nickel tubing. During installation you need to compress the material if you want it from start to finish. It's really a long feather, if you're about 24 inches long or longer, it's easy enough…

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • A few little things

Animal Welfare!: Braking System

I put this on my truck because there is a mouse around my house that seems to be gas addicted. I found out about this when I stopped to get gas and a Costco employee ran, thinking I was going to gas on the ground (like I could afford it!). He looked under my truck and said someone cut my gas line! Hey! I drove the truck home, picked it up and found there was more crap and a hole in the pipeline. I cut it into pieces, put some smurf whistles inside and pinned the connections. It didn't work…

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • so far so good
