Description of πŸ“ Peachtree Woodworking Test, Measure & Inspect: Stainless Center Finder for Accurate Positioning

When trying to find the center on rectangular, square or even round objects it can sometimes be challenging at best. While you could always measure the length, divide the number in half then measure to that point and mark it, why waste that valuable time. The handy center finder ruler makes it super quick and super easy without having to do any math to find center. The exact center is clearly marked with a circle and a fine point arrow to make it easy to see. To use the ruler, simply line the ruler up so that the increments are the same on both outside edges of the object your are measuring. Make your mark at the center point and there you have it! It literally takes seconds to find center with this super easy to use ruler. The ruler is made 1mm thick stainless steel and flexes just the right amount for most any project while still remaining rigid enough so its not flopping all over when in use. Starting from β€œ0” in the middle of the ruler, the scale is in 32nds. The ruler may also be used as a standard type ruler with the 16th scale on the bottom side. This makes the center finder ruler even more versatile. The Center Finding Ruler is available in 12” and 24” sizes, which are both sold separately.

Easy to read, not overloaded.

I like the ease of reading numbers, clear engraving inlay. The metal is strong, feels durable, and is not easily bent. Good quality product, I recommend.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Something different

A very good ruler for determining the center.

I have a couple of center rulers and this one is by far my favorite. It's easy to use and easy to read. I'm sure the stainless steel will help with its durability.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

I needed an accurate ruler to show where the exact center of the wood I was trying to frame was. I happened to see this line while browsing Revain and ordered the 12" and 24" versions. They take the guesswork out of finding the exact center leading to a perfect cut when sawing lumber or whatever you need to find the center.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Exactly what I wanted

I'm a musician and I've never had time to learn computer notation software and had to write some charts. When I was in music school I had a center ruler that made it easier to mark bars and I lost it. So after a few weeks of using regular rulers I finally ordered this centering ruler. I think it's exactly the same as what I had before and it works great. The metal is very strong and should last forever until I lose it. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Quality product - easy to find middle

I work with raw polymer clay and find it necessary to separate the reeds to create designs. Some people say they can see the clay and cut "close enough", but since polymer clay can be expensive I find it quicker and easier to measure down the center every time than to miss the mark. This is a 12 inch ruler. They can measure up to 6 inches on each side. Most of my polymer clay projects don't exceed 12 inches total, so this ruler works great. This is a sturdy metal ruler - a good buy in my…
