I was moving to a place with no microwave and limited space, so I was looking for a way to heat things up relatively quickly without turning on the oven. I jumped at the opportunity to purchase this little vape and have been very happy with it so far. It fits perfectly in my small pot and cleans with no problems. It is so small that it easily fits in my small kitchen.

This is a cute little steamer for small recipes like chocolate covered pretzels, candies and even small caramel apples. As long as you don't buy very large apples, but rather the small ones sold in bags at grocery stores, you can make candies and caramelized apples with this little steamer. Perfect when you're preparing a small recipe and don't want to pull out a large steamer. Also easier to clean than the big one.

Missing and damaged parts arrived. The long handle holding the kettle was missing, and the small handle balancing the kettle on the rim of the pan was torn off and mangled. The tiny metal plate to which the small handle was attached was missing. I rarely leave reviews but this item was so bad that I felt remiss for not sharing my experience and now I see that others have had similar experiences recently.

I bought this fully aware that this is a small steamer. I didn't need a big one to melt the beeswax, cocoa butter, and shea butter together. I bought it for a lip balm. I used to use a do-it-yourself steamer. Last time I just used Pyrex and the microwave. The Pyrex microwave worked perfectly for me until one day the beeswax in my Pyrex caught fire. my expectations.
