Stainless French Coffee Insulated Espresso Review

Got this as a Christmas present and used about 20 times. I use a coffee maker more often, but it makes a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it doesn't keep the coffee as warm as it originally did and gets very hot on the outside. Not very typical of double wall stainless steel. Does anyone else have this problem? I only hand wash and it was great when we used it, but it doesn't keep the coffee hot longer than it would in a ceramic mug! EDIT: I emailed the company very quickly about temperature

After reading reviews from other French presses, we decided we needed a stainless steel option (plastic seems to make things taste funny or melt and glass breaks). The French Press for 8 cups made of stainless steel from Kuissential arrived at the promised delivery time. Packaging and contents were undamaged upon arrival.
