This is a very well made salt grater that is easy to use. I bought it to use with various salt stones bought in Ireland. Great product for this application.

I like to have this jewel at hand. Having that and rubbing in the salt yourself makes dinners and meetings feel so extraordinary. I love salting steaks and hamburgers. That's a nice compliment to a pepper mill.

I bought this to keep a stick of Himalayan rock salt on the table. He just looks great on this grater. The grater is very thin, which is nice because I find you don't have to use it as often, which reduces salt intake. The delicacy of the salt seems to really bring out the flavor. I'm seriously considering buying this as a Christmas gift with a stick of Himalayan salt. What an elegant gift. It just looks so pretty!

I love it! It looks very elegant and yet it is durable. It is very comfortable to hold and guests seem to enjoy grating the salt. Also looks nice on the table. The salt is very fine, so it's hard to see when you rub it on some foods. You can have it collected on a grater (there are only sharp "cloves", no holes), then tap and sprinkle for a better view. It will be a good gift for the hostess. I plan on buying a few more to have on hand for this purpose.
