Stainless Multipurpose Magnetic Scissors Vegetable Review

It's nice to have scissors where you'll find them - on the fridge - BUT IT FALLED MORE THAN ONCE when someone slammed the fridge door a little tighter than usual (and we even tried placing them on the side of the fridge).

I really didn't like the way they felt on my fingertips. The metal seemed to stick, so they were difficult to open and close. And the pencils dug into my fingers. I use the scissors every day in the kitchen. I only use them when all other pairs are already dirty.

This is my favorite way to cut pizza or tougher poultry. I've washed them in the dishwasher many times and they always come out perfect. The only downside is that the magnetic shell is not strong enough to hold the scissors, they will inevitably slip or fall on the floor.

I was looking for new kitchen scissors as the rubber on my old scissors was falling off. They are nice and sharp and very easy to clean. Haven't tried all the devices on them yet, but they are sharp and last longer than I expected. It's also nice to have a sheath, but impractical in my drawer.

I like the scissors so I keep them but the magnet is not good. I bought them specifically to hang on the fridge door. The whole thing just slides down the fridge door when it's closed. It flies away when you open the door. My fridge is stainless steel so that's not a problem.

Well these scissors have all the advertised benefits, they are not very good for cutting small items. Every time I open and close them they hit the bone cutting groove. Although I will keep them for difficult to cut items I would not buy them again. I like the magnetic mount as I can always find it.

These scissors seem to work well and the holding magnet is good and strong. My problem with them is that they have a notch on the blade. The result is that you can only really cut with the front half of the scissors and if you open them further you get stuck in the material and they touch when closed. If you want more than a pair of scissors and a true multi-tool, that's fine, but if you're cutting big things, look elsewhere.

I bought these for two features: a magnetic holder to keep them handy on the fridge and easy cleaning as the two sides can be easily separated. In addition to these great features, I've found others that don't even mention them in their ads. One side of the handle serves as a bottle opener. The two sides of the handle can be used together to open twist caps on water bottles. The built-in vegetable peeler and flathead screwdriver are just additional features. This tool is amazing.
