Good price - Brewing

Works perfectly and is holding up quite well. If you apply pressure to it while it is attached to the keg, one of the fittings may leak. Otherwise the price is unbeatable.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • No instructions

Bought to fill growler/bottle

Tap opening is custom sized and will not fit standard growler fill tubes. The adapter works great and is easily replaced with a matching faucet which is definitely cheaper than a homebrew store. Still recommended, you simply don't need another tap if you want to fill bottles straight from the keg.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Easy to put on. Universal. Easy to open accidentally.

Very easy to put on and take off and clean. You can analyze everything for the last. Stainless steel is fine. My only objection is that it's surprisingly easy to accidentally turn on the faucet. The lightest squeeze and you can spill beer all over the floor or in the fridge or kegerator.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Durable

Good value for money

Is this the best faucet in the world? Probably no. Does it work well with Corni kegs? Much better than party roosters! I will never return. I refrigerate mine and this helps solve the problem of foaming on the first pour. Easy to disassemble and clean. As others have said, make sure everything is tight. I remove mine at the end of a pouring session so I can clean up and there's no chance of accidental discharge. Very satisfied.

Too sensitive for real use

I bought it to use with a Cornelius barrel. It's well made but too delicate for real use. The suction handle is very sensitive to touch and any unintentional movement could cause the faucet to open fully. After two big messes in my "beer" fridge in the laundry room, I decided to gather around the tap for a picnic. The product needs to be redesigned to have more breakaway capability as you see with larger faucets.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time

That's all true. the best in casks and casks

Everything you read about this tap is true. The good, the bad, the indifferent, it's all true. The advantage is that it's cheap. It works a little better than the typical "picnic faucet" and has less foam. On the other hand. . . (where do I start?) There is no spring to keep the faucet closed when not in use. A good faucet should turn itself off when you release it. It's not like this. If you attach it to a pressurized bottle, MAKE SURE it's in the off position or you'll squirt honey all over…

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
