This item has fallen into disrepair. This product will rust after the first use. After I put them in the dishwasher, the metal turned black. I do not recommend!

I use them with tea bags as gifts for teachers, grandmothers, ladies in the bank etc. Easy to decorate. Provide with tea!

Loose tea was not retained in the diffuser. Loose tea leaves flowed into the water from the closed and sealed diffuser. I then had to use a coffee filter to filter and drink the tea without any floating pieces of tea. I tried both models and thought maybe one would work better than the other. Not this case.
