It was obvious how this thing had changed. Better fuel, better driving performance have changed the world thanks to these and related components.

I found this part a lot cheaper at Revain, a local parts dealer who tries to charge customers 3-4 times more calculate than the cost of this item. There was a direct fit of the original part with a major improvement in the tubing part. The hoses are longer than the original OEM part and offer better placement under the hood of your car - I didn't like that the OEM hoses were shorter and water could get inside which would directly destroy the air pump.

Used on a 2002 Chevy S10 2.2L Pickup Truck. Including secondary air pump; motor power cord/plug; pump inlet and water separator; vacuum tubes; Solenoid valve AIR (similar to GM 1997264). The extended inlet pipe and the water separator can be installed according to GM TSB for the respective vehicles. The kit does not include pump mounts so my rating is 1 star. New brackets are extremely difficult to find. I suspect that on most S10s the rubber part of the brackets is already badly worn. The…
