Just replace this on my 2007 Freestar. I hope CEL stays away. The time will show. The only problem I have is that the bracket doesn't fit the Freestar 2007, but I was able to reuse the old bracket. However, it is a great pain to access. (It took me a long time to find it on the firewall far away.)

I can't say enough about this gem my car gave out 4 codes and installed this bad boy and of course cleared the codes the car isn't giving out any more codes! If you have a code reader or if you get a code saying check your gas cap, replace the cap and if this continues it will most likely fix this issue and many other emissions codes entirely.
