perfect fit, made in Germany

Received on time, perfect fit, made in Germany. I had a small problem with the coolant hose clamps (spring clamps). I threw them away and replaced them with regular brackets. Use the Ford throttle body relearn procedure. You can google it, easy.

Fixed power failure issue on 2008 Ford Fusion.

A common problem with the 2008 Ford Fusion is a sudden loss of power. The problem goes away for a while if you turn off the car and start it again. This is caused by a malfunction of two electrical contacts in the throttle body electronics. The solution is to replace the throttle body with this part S20028. Pretty easy to make yourself, instructions on YouTube. It is essential to carry out this when the engine is cold, as the two lines run through the radiator fluid. I saved a lot of money.

Pros
  • Shipping weight: 1.417 kg
Cons
  • Crumpled

Great product and price

Works great for Ford V6 VIN 1. The one I received is made in Brazil. The two short tubes you see connect to the coolant hoses. I suggest disconnecting the ground cable from the battery before you start. The positive ground connection is too close to one of the four 10mm screws when removed. A pair of straight 90 degree needle nose pliers makes it very easy to remove small coolant hose clamps. Replace the gasket if necessary and do not overtighten the four screws.

Pros
  • Fit Type: Vehicle Specific
Cons
  • Doubtful
